I use my chiller daily, for accumulating my milk at work and anytime I’m on the go! 10/10 recommend!

I bought this for returning to work in Manhattan and I have a long commute. It was so easy to use and bring with me to store/chill a days worth of pumped milk!

I ordered the warmer and chiller duo and one of the chillers were not keeping my milk cold so I reached out to them. They were SUPER fast at responding, gave me tips on how to test if I was using it wrong or if it’s was the chiller itself, when we determined it was the chiller and not user error they got me a return label and sent out the new one as soon as I notified them I dropped it off at the post office. I have been using the other one and it is a life saver! I don’t have to worry about carrying around a cooler anymore and I don’t have to plan ahead to put those ice packs in the freezer! Also another note, when I initially ordered there was a sale and I didn’t notice there was a code, I messaged them and they instantly refunded for the difference!

I purchased a Chill for travel and it was very convenient to use on the go and get through security. We had a small issue with the bottle being difficult to open due to a tight gasket and the company was VERY quick and easy to work with. The responded to my emails very quickly and sent me a replacement piece asap. It’s nice to know that a company values their customers and a quality product. Will recommend to any of my traveling mom friends!!

I used the chiller when I had to pump on the go and it stayed in the chiller maybe 7 hours and when I got home, I fed baby the milk and she wouldn’t drink it so I’m guessing she didn’t like it or it wasn’t good milk after being in the chiller. So I attempted to try it again and same thing, she wasn’t into the milk. So I’m not sure if the chiller works properly like it’s suppose to cause she won’t drink the milk from it.
