Shipping policy
We ship all Chillers via UPS Ground (3-7 day estimated delivery) within two business days of receiving your order. *If you choose the free shipping option for orders over $80, we ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the fastest rate. We ship from near Seattle, WA so East Coast orders usually take at least 3 business days to arrive at your door after they’re shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday won’t ship out until Monday or Tuesday.
Please note that we are a family-run business, and we work overtime to make sure that you get your order as soon as possible. When there’s a sale or holiday, there might be a slight delay in order fulfillment.
If you need your Chiller ASAP, please call or text us at (206) 338-5506 or email us at info@cereschill.com to let us know you need your chiller right away so we will ship it immediately. You can upgrade to Expedited Shipping which sends your order via 2-Day Delivery. Choose Express Overnight Shipping to get your Chiller the day after we process your order.
*Most expedited orders that are placed before 8 am PDT/ 11 am EST will go out same day. Orders placed after that time might not ship until the next business day. If you need your order expedited, reach out to us before placing it to see if we can get it processed before the cut off time.
International shipping: We work with a partner to make international shipping much faster and more affordable - orders to Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia, Africa and Australia take 1-4 days on average. Shipping to remote international locations could take up to 7 business days. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.
