Refund policy

We know how busy life can get, so we try to make returns as easy as possible for you.

It's important to us that your Chiller is a huge help to you for years, and we strive for 100% satisfaction with everything we make and sell. Moms deserve the best! If you don’t love your Chiller and it doesn’t make your life easier, return it anytime within a year for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that customized Chillers, special bundles, Bloom Bottles and Bloom accessories cannot be returned. We also cannot accommodate international returns at this time. 

We do our best to keep these high-quality products as affordable as possible, and we don't inflate our prices to account for shipping costs. Because of this, for returns back to the original payment method, we do ask that you cover a portion of the return shipping. We’ll take care of the rest!

Returns for a store credit are free, meaning that you'll receive your full refund -shipping included- on a Ceres Chill gift card. Use it to gift yourself or another mom something else that you'll love!
