My only complaint is that even after washing and sanitizing the bottle and insert, it still gives off a tin smell that I’m afraid might transfer to the milk.

Oh! This is so strange, but it could be a reaction with certain cleaning products and the stainless steel. Have you been using anything different to clean the chiller parts lately? You can try a lemon juice and baking soda mixture, dish soap, or apple cider vinegar to deodorize it. Try tossing it in the dishwasher or filling it with hot water after if that helps! Keeps the cold. Nice color
The peace of mind my ceres chill gives me during a long work day (in healthcare) cannot have a price put on it. Not having to worry about fridge space in a hospital and knowing my milk is staying a safe temperature is wonderful. It’s easy to use and there are so many resources provided by the company to help you. The personalization also adds that extra flare; so treat yo self mama! You deserve it.
I'm a resident physician that just started residency AND my new mom journey. Residency has me working crazy long hours. I used to carry around an ugly lunch box full of ice packs to put my milk bags in and I can't count how many messes and wasted milk there was...
