This reallllly does keep your breast milk cold! There was ice still in the container 24hours later. Would definitely recommend this product’
I love my chiller 😍 It fits my needs. If I need a lot of space, I can use the large part, and if not, I love the small chiller.
I had issues with my inner chamber melting too quickly and my milk being above 59 degrees after 8 hours. I emailed to ask if I was using the chiller correctly and they sent me another one, no questions asked. My new chiller works exactly the same, so I've learned to chill some of my milk first or refill my ice more often. It still helps me so much, but I think the 20 hour expectation may need to be amended for outer chamber storage.
Hi Maria! Thank you for your feedback, and we're so glad to hear that the chiller is still proving helpful for you! We did send a replacement because it's possible the bismuth seal in your original unit was damaged during shipping, which can affect performance. That said, we also recommend waiting at least 4 hours before taking the temperature of the milk, as it takes some time for the chiller to bring your milk down to a safe temperature. This Chiller has been a game changer! Between travel and return to work this is exactly what moms need to pump on the go and preserve their breastmilk. Love the multiple designs of the chiller and customer service is fantastic. Can’t say enough good things!
