I purchased my ceres chill during my first pregnancy (in 2022!) and never got to use it. I finally started using it while traveling after my second child, and ended up having issues with the lid. Despite having issues with a product I bought so long ago, they instantly responded with helpful advice with the issue I was having, and went above and beyond to help fix it and follow up to ensure I had figured it out. This company really seems to care about moms, and I am definitely a loyal customer for life now!! Thank you again for the help!
