Customer service was great and resent my order when the USPS was super slow in getting it to me.

Ceres chill is 100% a reliable brand! Anytime I have questions I would send an email and get a fast response super sweet! Not to mention how much I love my chillers I have the og and the Demi my combination includes the bloom bottle that I like to change the inner chamber for. I just prefer to looking into the glass and make sure I got all the fatty out 🫶🏻

Ceres chill helped me going with pumping at work and MOTN pump. I would also use it for long trips as warmer, dump ice and get warm water at gas station and pour milk in stainless steel chamber. I also ordered OG+ and demigoddess for short trips because I am Petite Supply Girly!

I wish every company had this level of customer service. I received a bloom bottle with the nipple adhered to the lid causing silicone to peel off the nipple and get stuck to the bottle. I messaged customer service thinking they would just let me know how to replace the nipple. Nope, they sent a brand new bottle. Absolutely majorly impressed with their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Can’t wait to shop again 😊

I’m awful at leaving reviews, even for products I absolutely love, but Ceres Chill made me go out of my way to write one.

We’re very conscious about what we use in our home and only choose glass or stainless steel whenever possible. I purchased two Bloom bottles and was immediately impressed with the quality. When my baby would only take wide-neck nipples, I emailed Ceres Chill with a simple question. Not only did they respond right away, but they also sent me the adapter I needed completely free, even though I never asked for it.

What stood out the most was how genuinely kind they were. Every conversation felt like they truly cared about helping me, not just making a sale.

A few months after purchasing, I accidentally dropped one of the bottles while washing it and it shattered on our tile floor. Life happened after that. Between having a baby and later going through a miscarriage, I never got around to reaching out. Almost a year later, I learned they offered a lifetime warranty and decided to email them. Once again, they responded quickly, kindly, and offered a replacement for only the cost of shipping.

These days it’s rare to find a company that not only makes amazing quality products, but also has genuinely kind people behind it. Ceres Chill has both. They truly care about their customers, and that’s something you don’t see often anymore. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Always amazing. So understanding and quick to help solve any problem, and always above and beyond. My chillers suffered injuries in shipment (definitely the courier) but I spoke to Yanina and she was able to sent replacement parts out so fast- I got the email saying my replacements were ordered just an hour after. This company always impresses me.

I have flat and very inverted nipples, and I had almost lost hope that I would be able to nurse my newborn. With my first baby, I tried using Medela, but it wouldn’t stay in place and irritated my baby, so I ended up exclusively pumping.

This time, I really wanted to nurse, and this amazing nipple shield made all the difference. My lactation consultant recommended it, and my baby started latching like a pro without any effort.

I emailed about a portion of my upper parts being cracked and they immediately replaced it. I had just gone back to work so was already anxious about milk storage, pumping, etc. so it was a huge relief to know that the company continues to support mothers even after the initial purchase. The customer service felt so personalized and genuine and I really appreciated it. Totally a company worth patronizing. Aside from that, the chiller is worth every penny! I do wish the inner chamber were bigger (I don’t like the idea of storing in the outer chamber to reduce milk touching more than one surface and of course the added cleaning), so I guess it’s a good thing I bought the double pack!

I cannot say enough good things about the breastmilk chiller!! I don’t know how I ever survived without one. It has made traveling with my breastmilk so much easier. We recently took it on a trip to a waterpark and it was a game changer for keeping my milk cold during that trip. I also have been using it for when I’m at work. My milk is always cold when I come home. It’s so nice not carrying around a junk lunchbox with ice packs and 1 million collection cups. I love that the company is small owned. The customer service has been top tier. You can tell every piece of this breastmilk chiller was well thought through!!!

The Ceres chiller is the best. It only needs ice to keep cold and you can get that anywhere! From what I understand the other brands have ice molds that need to be frozen. That creates more hassle for me as a momma since I would need to re freeze those specific pieces every time and what if I forget? Then I don't have a chiller until they're frozen. I used my ceres yesterday and took it out of the diaper bag today, over 24 hours later and there's still full chunks of ice. Plus they have a new glass bottle insert that is awesome, but it comes with the standard stainless insert. I got a personalized one in Mombre color (so pretty) on sale last month for 25% off which ended up being cheaper than Amazon for a custom one! You can use it so many ways and I've even just pumped in the car and bagged my milk like normal and it fits in the chillers wide mouth no problem and didn't have any issues.

I would highly recommend Ceres, and the customer service is awesome. If you already have an off brand chiller they will send you theirs for free for exchanging yours to them! Check them out seriously I'm so happy with mine, aand they sell adapters and such so you can use it as a water bottle or adult beverage cooler as well so it isn't a unitasker. LOVE IT!

Shocking title but is true , 90% of customers stop buying from companies due to lowsy customer service but Hats Off to Ceres Chill service!!!!
As a 1st time mom , techy lover, OCD ,working mom I did over a month research into all breastfeeding's related videos topics forums etc. I saw Ceres Chill, considered the price vs shipping cost vs usage (I am in Costa Rica so i had to bring it over) and all odds where on GET IT!

I loved my chiller since day 1, its a lovely white sturdy bottle , its clean, easy to carry and easy to use , took it for a test run the first day I went back to the office and the connector jammed... had to ask a very manly weight-lifter coworker to try to release it , took a bit but he was able to ... this happened several times and the cap sometimes might leak … but I loved my chiller no matter what...I've been using it for a couple of months already.

I reached a few days ago to customer service to ask about the extra inner chambers, if they came or not with caps (thinking on getting 1 to have a spare and rotate the cap ) I did mention my issue with the connector and Rachel (CSR REP) and she went beyond the extra mile to help me!

A few photos later, they determine my connector was damage and they send me a replacement connector and cap . I got them a few days ago in the mail and OMG what a difference , it hasnt jammed since then.

I sent an email in the evening about whether I need to replace my chiller after it was dropped and got a response the next morning in less than 12 hours! The response came with great resources that will help me assess the condition of the chiller’s seal in the future and left me confident that everyday bumps will not be an issue.

I really like how this company is destigmatizing breastfeeding and making it easier to live life while lactating. Being able to pump directly into the chiller makes cleanup sooo much simpler than having to deal with a ton of bottled snd milk bags out in the world.
