I’m a UK customer and was really excited to order the new OG+ Ceres Chill, but discovered it wasn’t available for UK shipping just yet. I reached out to customer service via Instagram, and I’m genuinely blown away by how incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating they were.

They took the time to answer all my questions (and there were a lot!), arranged a way for me to place my order for UK delivery, and even helped me sort out engraving options. On top of that, they provided a Black Friday discount code that helped offset the international shipping costs — which I honestly didn’t expect but deeply appreciated.

The level of guidance and support I received was exceptional. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this (genuinely can't think of one that's gone above and beyond to this extent) and it’s made me even more excited to receive my OG+ Chiller. I'll be using it to hydrate until those MOTN pumping sessions! Huge thanks to the Ceres Chill team and a special shout out to the lovely person I spoke to on Instagram.

I was frankly blown away by how quickly and sincerely I got an answer about my stuck upper bottle parts. New ones were sent over without me even asking, and so far things have been working really well. I want to acknowledge great design changes—- different colored gaskets so you can tell which parts go with which set. Little gripper dots on the outer edge because keeping the bottle streamlined but also openable is difficult. Lovely engraved message that’s a reminder of what you’re striving for. I recommend the chiller to every pregnant person and pumping mom I know because it’s been essential to pumping at work, and because unlike many other companies- I can actually troubleshoot and get a real answer!! The bottle has held up fantastically. Seriously, A++++ to everyone involved.

I had an instance where my milk was not at the proper temperature one day despite using the chiller 3+ days per week with my first and now second baby. I troubleshooted with the company via email who sent me a new Chiller replacement. I use my chiller at work and it has been a lifesaver. I would highly recommend Ceres Chill for their product and customer service.

I ordered the wrong size shields and the Ceres Chill customer service team helped me out right away! They got me the correct size and shipped it right away! These shields have been so helpful for nursing my little one.
