Travel Tip: When flying, or traveling to higher elevations, periodically unscrew the upper components to alleviate pressure build-up

For Peace of Mind: The FDA states that while it's not possible to completely sterilize pump parts at home, dishwashing soap and warm water will do just fine for full-term, healthy babies

Works great! Relives stress from of needing a fridge

Just get it!

Initially my husband was skeptical about paying so much for it thinking he could put together a cheaper alternative that did the same thing. I told him I didn’t want to risk ending up with spoiled milk and that we should just go for it. I’m so glad we did. It’s amazing!! Went to the Silos with my friend for the day. Left first thing in the morning and came back late in the evening. I couldn’t believe how cold the milk was when we got home!! It had been in the hot car while we were walking the shops. When I went to bag it, it literally felt like I pulled it from the fridge. The rose gold color is absolutely gorgeous as well! I love rose gold and am hoping to reuse this as a water bottle once we no longer need it for milk so went with this option. I will be taking this on an international trip soon and am rest at ease knowing whatever I pump will be safe. Thanks for this great invention!!!

Rusted and doesn't stay cold

I was so excited to finally get my chiller but after only two days of using it, it got rust on the outside of the inner chamber (part that touches the breastmilk). I called their customer service and they asked if I tried to clean it with baking soda and vinegar. Considering that was the immediate response I got I have a feeling I'm not the first to encounter this issue. They sent me a replacement chamber that I've been using for a few days now and so far there's no rust or anything.

The ice has to be replaced pretty frequently and doesn't come close to the 20 hours of chilling the website says. I keep my chiller in my office at room temperature and after only about six hours I have to replace the ice. There's a few other minor inconveniences of the chiller, but the rust and short duration of the ice are my top two complaints.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed (especially considering the cost of the chiller). I can't seem to find any other chillers that hold the larger capacity that the Ceres does so I guess for now it beats having to lug around a cooler, ice packs, and breastmilk bags all the time. Great concept, this one just doesn't live up to the hype.

I am so glad we were able to send you an extra inner chamber to take care of the rust you were experiencing! Rust or stains are not common for the chiller but it can happen under certain circumstances like abrasive cleaners, chemicals, and extreme heat exposure. The chambers are rust resistant, but not rust-proof. I love that you prefer your chiller over a cooler! Please know it can be completely normal for your ice to melt a bit after several hours! Remember, the chiller is designed to hold breast milk, that comes out of your body at 98.6*F, and bring the milk down to a temperature that is safe to store milk! (59*F according to the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine). Even if your ice has melted a bit, it is still working to chill and maintain the temperature of your milk for the rest of the 20 hours!
