For the travelers

Find out what you need based on real mom and lactation consultant recommendations!

Pack smart

Your pump, OG+, cleaning method and if you're being SUPER thorough - a hand pump or extra batteries for your pump. Expect to explain your gear at TSA - they’re generally familiar but vary by airline.

Plan your pump times

Try to pump on your usual schedule - even if that means pumping in the car, at the airport, or mid-flight. Many airports have pods or family rooms. Don’t hesitate to ask airport staff!

If you're pumping on the plane (in-seat or bathroom), prep everything beforehand to keep it smooth.

Know your rights

Breastmilk and formula are not limited by the 3-ounce liquid rule. Your pump and storage option is considered medically necessary and are allowed on the plane.

Give yourself grace

Travel days are unpredictable...do the best you can, and know that one off day won’t ruin your supply.
