❄️ A Freezable Inner Chamber
This is a game-changer and probably one of the most common requests we used to get! We love the convenience of ice and being able to refill anywhere when you need, but we totally see the value in the amazing chilling power of a frozen chamber...so we had to make it happen for all of you! Our chillers now offer the most flexibility out there – use ice when you need it (like traveling and going through TSA) and freeze beforehand when it’s most convenient (like super long work days)! It’s truly the best of both worlds.
All OG+ Chambers are freezer-safe and compatible with Legacy OGs - scroll to the bottom of this blog to see how to upgrade!
*While some moms have been freezing their legacy OG inner chambers no issues, we usually recommend against it due to the risk of damage with some really epic freezers. If you’vebeen doing so and haven’t noticed any rounding out of your chamber bottom, feel free to continue to do so! As long as your set up is working for you, that’s all that matters!
🍼 More Capacity
The OG+ now can chill up to 28 ounces of milk and hold 38 ounces of already cold milk. That’s enough for an entire day’s worth of milk for most parents!
If you ever need even more capacity, you can freeze up to 10 ounces of milk in your inner chamber and store 28 ounces of freshly pumped or already chilled milk in your outer chamber - giving you a total of up to 38 ounces of chilled storage!
(Just remember to always follow breastmilk safety guidelines when handling frozen milk. Never refreeze previously thawed milk, and use it within the recommended time frame oncethawed.)
