Travel Tip: When flying, or traveling to higher elevations, periodically unscrew the upper components to alleviate pressure build-up

For Peace of Mind: The FDA states that while it's not possible to completely sterilize pump parts at home, dishwashing soap and warm water will do just fine for full-term, healthy babies

I love it

I pump at work & this has been amazing for me. It keeps my milk at a safe temperature until I get home! I was initially worried how I would keep my milk cold during work. I don’t have close access to a fridge, but ceres chill makes it so easy!
